Though Yoga is very necessary for overall wellness that is making you feel better about your body as you become stronger and more flexible; tone up your muscles; reduce stress; and improve your mental and physical well-being , it also plays beneficial role in loosing weight of your body.

Doing yoga regularly offers many benefits. Now coming to the main topic that how does yoga helps you in loose weight :

There are many types of yoga exercises and various methods to perform them. If you plan to make yoga your primary form of exercise, you must do a vigorous 90-minute yoga class at least three times a week. Many people also choose to combine yoga with running, walking or other aerobic exercise in order to reach their weight loss goals. To loose weight  via yoga , you need to select the right type and right kind of yoga aasans / exercises :

Living yoga master Bikram Choudhury is a Hot Yoga innovator. His method of Hot Yoga is a set series of 26 yoga poses, including two pranayama exercises, each of which is performed twice in a single 90 minute class.

  • Always choose a beginner-level class ,if you are just starting to do yoga, are very overweight, or are quite out of shape.
  • Slowly Slowly proceed on to next level.
  • Have Pateince as yoga results are quiet slow but effective.
