Tricep dips is an excellent exercise for the triceps and shoulders.
How to do Tricep Dips:
In tricep dips instructions should be properly understood and dips should be done according to it. Instructions for tricep dips exercise are as follows:
1) Roll the stability ball onto an exercise mat. You can do this exercise without the mat also, but the mat will help you prevent slipping. Sit with your buttocks on the ball and place your hands under your buttocks with your fingers pointing forward. Press firmly into the ball with your hands and lift your buttocks off of the ball.
2) Exhale and press firmly into the ball with your hands and lift your buttocks off of the ball. Inhale and bend your elbows until they are at approximately 90 degrees. And then exhale and push yourself back up until your elbows are almost straight.
Repeat this exercise 8-12 times, have rest, and then as desired repeat the entire exercise.
