Stacy Keibler ,born on 14th october,1979 , is a multi-talented personality. She is a actress, a model and before that she was a  WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) and WCW ( World Championship Wrestling) wrestler. Stacy Keibler came into moon light( found fame) in the second season of “Dancing With the Stars”( a reality show in United states of America) .

Stacy Keibler has a very well toned and shaped body. Lets find out her workout routine :

To fight and throw other wrestlers around the ring requires much stamina and well-toned muscles, so after leaving wrestling(the time when stacy came into fame and became model plus actress), Stacy Keibler was quite familier with the workouts and she  knows a thing or two about staying in shape. Stacy Keibler follows a very simple workout routine everyday which is as follows:

Stacy Keibler works with her physical trainer three to four times a week, and rest of the days she’s busy with her own activitiesand stoots. Stacy prefers changing up her routine often.

  • First 10 minutes warm up cardio(tread mill and cycling)
  • Gyming
  • Strength training exercises
  • Again 30 minutes of cardio(Treadmil + cross trainer + cycling) or 45 minutes Spinning class.

Sometimes Stacy Kibler also do Pilates to help her core to strengthen. Stacy enjoy dancing that why she took classes for jazz ,tap and ballet.
