Stacy Keibler came into moon light( found fame) in the second season of “Dancing With the Stars”( a reality show in United states of America) .

Stacy Keibler follows a very simple workout routine everyday which is as follows:
Stacy Keibler works with her physical trainer three to four times a week, and rest of the days she’s busy with her own activitiesand stoots. Stacy prefers changing up her routine often.
- First 10 minutes warm up cardio(tread mill and cycling)
- Strength training exercises
- Again 30 minutes of cardio(Treadmil + cross trainer + cycling) or 45 minutes Spinning class.
