The study found skipping breakfast increases a man’s chances of getting the disease of diabetes by over 20 percent compared to men who routinely eat after waking up in the morning.

The latest results, from study involving about 30000 men , offers evidence that eating breakfast can reduce the risk of diabetes. They also show that even men who are not overweight and having a rerasonably healthy diet, could still could still be at risk if they skip the first meal of the day.
