Skipping breakfast could seriously cause diabetes in men.If you happen to be one who don’t mind avoiding breakfast , watch out. For scientist have found men regularly skipping their morning meal are more likely to develop diabetes.
The latest results, from study involving about 30000 men , offers evidence that eating breakfast can reduce the risk of diabetes. They also show that even men who are not overweight and having a rerasonably healthy diet, could still could still be at risk if they skip the first meal of the day.
The findings emerged as part of a wide ranging study being carried out into male health by researchers all over the world. So In a nutshell, its very very important to have first morning meal of your day. So to stay healthy and fit (away from all various dieases like diabetes, etc) ; eat little , but DON,T EVER SKIP YOUR BREAKFAST..!!!!
