Ranbir Kapoor Workout:
Ranbir kapoor drawback that he cannot gain muscle fast as he has a fast matabolism . Before breakfast, Ranbir have a glass of vegetable juice and then breakfast of three-four scrambled eggs. He adds brown bread, soup and fruit to bulk up. He has a glass of mass gainer (high carb protein shake) for energy, prior to his workout. The same shake is repeated after the workout is finished.
A man behind ranbir’s amazing physique is his personal trainer Pradeep Bhatia who have been training him since three years. Ranbir was introduced to him by his mother, Neetu Singh whom he trained for a while.
Due to erratic shooting hours, ranbir gets very little time for gym so Pradeep travels along with him to his shoots to make sure that ranbir has his proper diet and working schdule is followed.
On the other hand, Ranbir Kapoor works out at Sanjay Dutt’s gym six days a week for an hour or so. Ranbir kapoor does hardcore gymming to stay fit and isn’t too fond of swimming or yoga. He likes to gym upon his chest and back areas but hesitates when he has to work on his legs as he finds it painful. Like most of us, ranbir also likes to listen to music while working out.

Ranbir starts his workout with 5-10 minutes cardio to warm up. Ranbir concentrates on various parts of the body but focus on two parts at a time lyk : chest and back, shoulder and legs, biceps, on different days.Once a while he also does kick-boxing.
Ranbir Kapoor tries to come to gym atleast 5 times a week and that to in the evenings, around 4 PM and tries to work for atleast an hour. He follows a preplanned workout session of his shoot when he is on some outdoor location. So that is all about Ranbir kapoor ‘s workout.
