Lady Gaga is very concious and innovative about her looks ,therefore she hired a personal trainer – Harley Pasternak to give her the best training specially to build up her stamina so that she should be able to give her best at the stage performances. Harley Pasternak had written his own workout plan in his book named “the 5 factor workout” and through which he has trained many famous celebrities like Alicia Keys, Halle Berry, Lady Gaga and Robert.
Harley Pasternak said “Lady Gaga has always been active, but about a year ago, she decided she wanted to have the best abs, legs and arms ever, so she stepped up her workouts ,”
Lady Gaga actively participated in the 5 factor workout training which consists in barbell dumbbell combination weights, jogging, jumping rope and a circuit training routine. Below are the 5 factors which apply to Lady Gaga to get her sexy curve shaped body:
Lady Gaga training is consider light and simple.
> Step 1:
Workout with Harley Bar: its a workout bar created by Harley himself. Is a very flexible barbell/dumbbell (DB) combination bar which Lady Gaga takes along with her trips and shooting tours.
> Step 2:
Slight warm up with 5 minutes jogging
After jogging Lady gaga does the following three exercises. Each exercise is performed thrice with 25 repititions in each set :
- Dumbbell back Rows ,
- Dumbbell deadlifts,
- Sides bends

Then 5 minutes of skipping rope.

Lady Gaga diet :
Lady Gaga believes in BE FIT BE HIT. Besides following Harley’s 5 factor fitness routine, Lady Gaga also stake active part in his 5 Factor Diet, that is: eating total of five times a day (two meals and three snacks) consisting of foods falling into the following five categories:
- Lean protein,
- Low glycemic carbs,
- Healthy fats,
- Sugar-free beverage.
The diet allows for one day in a week to cheat. Lady Gaga loves to eat foods like salsa with grain chips, tofu, turkey slices, hummus, and coconut water.
Lady Gaga says “I am on a very strict healthy pop star diet. I don’t eat bread, just vegetables and salad and fish. Eating like that is much better for me anyway but on Sundays I sometimes eat pasta”.
