HRITHIK ROSHAN
Hrithik Roshan is a hardworker and we all can say by his muscular body and fit physique that he works very hard in his gym. He believes in keeping his workouts short and intense. He does not go to gym everyday, instead he works in gym for four days a week for 2 hours each day ( 1 hour in the morning and one in the evening).
“When i get one or two hours off or whenever i get free time, I just rush to the Gym or just workout at home. I just dont feel good if I miss my workouts.”
Hrithik Roshan starts his morning with cardio exercises that comprised of jogging and skipping followed by various excersises that specially focus on different parts of his body. When on shooting ,Hrithik Roshan always carries his pressure pull machines and dumbbells with him when he travels in other contries as he never takes any kind of supplements to tone up his body or to build his muscles.
Hrithik Roshan Weekly Workout:
All the below given exercises are done in 3 sets with repetitions of 10-12-15.
Monday : ARMS(Biceps and Triceps)
- Dumbell x Tricep pulley push down
- Barbell curl x Line tricep extension
- Concentration curls x Overhead tricep muscles
- Hammer dumbbell curl x Tricep kick back and Reverse curl
- Wrist curl
Tuesday:
- Plain Bench Press x Dumbbell fly
- Incline Dumbbell press x Cross pulley
- Decline flies x pullovers
> Back
- Chin ups
- Dumbbell rowing
- Rowing pulley
Wednesday: Shoulders
- Side lateral
- Front raises
- Tea cups
- Dumbbell press
- Shrugs
Thursday: Legs
- Leg extension
- Free squats
- Lunges
- Leg curls
- Good morning
- Hyper Extension
- CaLF Exercise
