Though Hrithik roshan does not follow very hard diet plan, his is very consious about his routine diet. He doesn’t have any specific restrictions ( except consuming not more than 2 tea spoons of oil per day) in diet that he has to follows everyday . Also he intakes 4 tp 6 glasses of water per day. Apart from this his daily diet plan is as follows:
Breakfast : 4 egg whites, 2 brown bread, a protein shake, nuts, corn flakes with milk, fruit platter.
Lunch : 2 roti, green vegetables, chicken breast, dal, caesar salad, fish platter Snack .Protein shake, egg white sandwich/fruit plate
Dinner : 6 egg whites, brown bread, ½ chicken or fish with stir fried vegetables. Along with workout hrithik roshan have Caesar salad ,1 banana.

Apart from the daily diet routine plan, Hrithik roshan has to follow a strict diet pan for his perfect and muscular body so that he can rock his stoot. Hrithik Roshan ‘s strict plan mainly consisted of about 100 grams of meat,some fibrous carbs, like broccoli, sprouts and spinach, a cup of rice or pasta, some really great flavoring. That made his staple foods for the day.
Apart from it he had pancakes with sugar-free syrup(made specially with a protein powder). According to hrithik roshan it’s the best-tasting pancake in the world. Then he had banana split with protein powder and yogurt along with meatballs with ketchup if he wanted.
